Re: [AGA-mcm] Fund and Awareness Raising Eyed Deer

This is sooooooooo AGA. A great idea and too little staff
resource to make it work.

I hope to be helping Erik with the vid and or babysitting
if needed.

Btw, ACA will be doing two presentations at once, right?

Some for doing the Larry Plan:

We could use the tackle-them-in-the-hallway method -- i.e.,
have a sign that said, "For purchase, see EO, SH, CR, etc.
" -- not sure who all will be attending.

Get one of the other nearby vendors to handle transactions
-- a fair split would be appropriate. Maybe Lee would do it
in exchange for a boxload of Aqua Journals and recent TAGs.

List specific times for transactions and take turns for
those times, say once each day.

Put all the stuff into auction.

See if DFWAPC can get a volunteer and then share the table
with DFWAPC -- they could sell plants, too. I thik
generating the plant interest and activity is more
important than the money -- yes, the Treasurer DID say
that.
