Re: [AGA-mcm] Buying more APHB (Aquatic Plant HandBook)?

We're selling them for $25 members and $30 nonmembers. So unless we buy 30+, we won't break even. So maybe 30 is the number.

I was a little confused on the pricing and she provided a
very good explanation -- see below. The shipping costs are
not a linear function of the number of books, thus, the
diff prices for diff numbers of books.

So how many you folks want to tell her to buy?

Hi Scott,

Sorry, I didn't get back to you sooner, but I finally got
the info I needed.

No, you're not deficient. I think that your calculations
are correct.
However, all the prices are in Singapore dollars.

At today's exchange rate (1S$ = 0.599 US$), books are
$10.78 each. $S300 is
$179.70 US$.

Buying fifteen books would then cost: $10.78 plus $11.98
or about $23 for
each book

Buying thirty books would cost: $10.78 plus $5.99 or
about $17 each for each
book.

Buying 60 books would cost $10.78/bk plus $5/bk shipping.
