Either the market is saturated, which I think unlikely, or
as Diana suggeted, someone else is selling the book at a
better price. If either case is so, then APHB is probably
not something we need to carry anymore.

Although the AGA is still listed as a link on Oriental's
home page, the catalogue is also available elsewhere.
Oriental's web page for the book is sadly out of date,
stating that the new 3rd edition will be available in late
2002 :-\  . 

I found it relatively difficult to locate sources on the
web for the book besides AGA but here are a few places
where it is available and the price is noted (no AGA
membeship required for the noted price):

Could be we're losing sales to another vendor? I don't
think so. So, perhaps sales of other things
(Kasselmann?)have supplanted sales of APHB or there is a
general slump in aquatic book sales.

I suspect there is a long lead time for delivery if we run
out. Also, note that we don't know when a 4th edition might
be coming out.
