Hi Cheryl, Please find attached the latest schedule of events that I have. Since our agreement with the TCA/ACA is outside of the standard "paying commercial vendor" I am actually handling our arrangements. You know keep in it in the family ;-). I answer to Kathy Stearns on any decisions and she is the Chairman. So far I am going to get us a 6 ft table and hopefully 2-3 chairs. I was going to get it for us on Wed night.
