Well, Carlos is in charge of the whole shebang right now.  I doubt he'll use 
the same judges as the AGA this time around.  I don't consider APC's thing 
to be any kind of competition with AGA and Art doesn't either.  Folks just 
like to have their stuff recognized.  I think every forum but Planted Tank 
has an in-house contest these days.  Well, at least they attempt them once.
