I actually have a garden planning book like that. You snap out all the little garden plant cut-outs, and then arrange them on your garden grid until you get a design you like.

Unfortunately, I garden just the way I do my tanks... Move this one here, now that one there, no, wait, this will look better on the right...

Never have used that book.<g>

What about those "puppet" books where you can pull out little cardboard plants and put them in the aquarium page? We have one of those. All the little cardboard guys are gone on ours.
