I think there has to be more than two people. The table has to be open much more often than it is closed and one or two people can't do that, especially if they have any interest in the convention talks. I estimate about 130-180 staff hours (that's "man-hours" for bootless and unhorsed among you ;-) ) were spent preparing for and working the weekend, or roughly 4 fulltime work weeks for 4 people.
