It was great to see the folks that were able to make it there -- even to have enough time to share a meal or two friends. David Lim actually took a day off from practicing for his MCATs to help staff the tables, *and* he brought plants -- talk about generous. Harold worked long into the night on Thursday and came back again two more days. Or was it Friday? I still have convention lag. I called Erik by three diff names in the space of about 5 minutes. I never worked the long continuous hours at the table that the others did, answering customer questions one after the other, hour after hour, especially Cheryl and Ann -- what troopers. Nor did I do the long-into-the-evening video taping that Erik did despite the need (which he cheerfully met) to rise early the following mornings. And Larry, well, I expected him to start going, "Beep beep," since he was running around like the Road Runner all weekend. I don't know for sure, but I would guess that a big part of the reason that ACA treated AGA so exceptionally well was due to Larry, who, btw, brought more than enough extension cords and projectors -- how many times does *that* happen at a convention? But my personal highlight, perhaps because if falls within my *skills set*, I got a chance to show off prowess at making raspberries with Isaak (he does it better and with unmitigated glee) and watching Markus's inquisitive pleasure checking out just about everything is sight -- if TSA is that attentive, we're in good hands. sh _______________________________________________ AGA-mcm mailing list AGA-mcm@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-mcm
