I don't think so. I genuinely think the guy is clueless as to our
situation. I talked to him several times. I think he's forwarding the
e-mails to someone and that someone is not taking care of it.
Hmm. That's even more fun..:( I'll see if I can't track the
(ir)responsible party down and find out what the situation is. Hopefully
we'll be able to work it out with them.
