I am OK with everything but Sat talks as you said are
to close together. Many are redundant with Fri.
Anyways this is the small stuff.

The hotel contract now that's the big stuff. You can
let them know that myself and Scott and whoeever else
is on the Conheads list are willing to help out with
the contract. They just need to ask.

First though they have to come to terms w/ the hotel
selection and narrow it down to a top 3 or so. Then
the contractual terms will become more pertinent.

I think you are doing the right thing by encouraging
them.
