RE: [AGA-mcm] forum proposal

I didn't say too much... just that we'd need to vote on SOMETHING, and it 
should most likely call out the focus, the legal position, list the 
initial volunteer moderators and administrators.  I think we've discussed 
most or all of the pieces on this list, just needs to be wrapped up in a 
package that we can officially vote on.  Sound reasonable?
