[AGA-mcm] Web updates

I'm updating the web site a little. Luis finally sent me an updated tank 
photo from his article in TAG 18-2:

Still to do are updated articles list, tag page (Erik, should I preserve 
the old one?) and Amano's driftwood Q&A.
