Well, we probably are this year.

Last year we had to spend $150 extra for Amano, and half of $150 for the 
convention pictures.  We probably did make a little money, though.

And this is fine by me.  We might end up using it to webconference the 
awards announcement some year.  We might use it to increase the AGA 
website bandwidth some more.

We have never claimed we wouldn't use the contest fees to do other things 
for the AGA -- just like we don't claim to use revenue from conventions or 
book sales to run only other conventions or book sales.  About the only 
money we CAN'T do "other things" with is the AGA membership, just because 
it's not enough to break even on TAG yet.  But we would if we could.
