I'd say that if our inventory is small, (not just the shirt sizes<g>) we 
should go ahead and order the new design.

I'm not sure that we won't continue to sell the older ones in dribs and 
drabs.  They are a different design, attractive, and not dated.  Besides, if 
you're at a 3-day conference, you need more than one shirt.<g>

Even if we DON'T sell them, they are very nice promotional material to send 
to local clubs that ask for auction donations.

I'd order black shirts with Erik's AGA logo, and do it now.  Doing a couple 
of "different" things this fall will also help counteract any impression 
that the organization is languishing without a convention location.
