Well, I know we can't go two years without a convention.
Other expressions of interest were from:
Dennis Bradshaw of the Circle City Aquarium Club in
Indianapolis, Indiana
Jonathon Dooley -- Indiana at large -- Lot's of
enthusiasm/ideas -- few results seen so far
Anna Burbank -- Bucks County Aquarium Society in
Pennsylvania --small club afraid of losing money and no
upfront money.
Since we have two possibles in Indiana, does that mean
synergy like in Dallas, or contention like in SF, hmmm?
Besides these, there were some shouts from the balcony
(e.g., central west Canada, Oh Canada) but they faded as
soon as the house lights were turned on ;-)

...ah, speaking of that...
Our little SF group is making no progress. Granted I've
only e-mailed
back, but we need to follow up on those other bids.
And we may also want to seriously think about trying to
"do it ourselves"
in 2006, as much as I know everyone hated the idea when I
brought it up
earlier this year.
