Anyway, between the two of us we certainly do.

Alecia Benedict was asking last week about where the 2006 convention
would be. I was clever and cagey, trying to make it seem that we didn't
want to let the cat out of the bag yet.

It seemed to me that DFWAPC's motivation was, "The AGA needs us." I
don't know about GWAPA, I wasn't in that club. But what if we contact
each one of those folks who showed interest, whine a little, and see who
steps up to the plate.

Speaking of DFWAPC, Saturdays' meeting was interesting. I brought the 
2003 and 2004 convention DVDs, and we watched Erik do the History of the 
AGA from 2003 (Nikolay's choice) and Amano's talk from 2004. Four people 
signed up or renewed after the video. So I think conventions are good 
for us.
