Well, I will give you what I have. Phil had asked me
to get the motion passed through. I have been
travelling on business and personal reasons so I have
not had time to do much.

I am just now getting back but my DSL router fried so
I did not have any internet access over the weekend. 

Phil has been in touch with the moderators and said
that they did not have anything to add other than the
emails he passed on to us. At this point I am ready
but unsure as to how I should go forward. In other
words I want to help but I don't know what to do next.

The verbage of the proposal that we worked on IMO is
fine as is for now. I am not sure what else needs to
be in the forum proposal other than an implementation
schedule.

I am ready to get this proposal going but I could
probably use some help.
