[AGA-mcm] forum site is up for configuring

I've set up the software at http://forum.aquatic-gardeners.org

I think the number of topics is NUTS, personally.  You'll see what I mean 
when you peek at it.

Do we have all the potential mods as an e-mail blob so we could mass-email 
and tell everyone to register.  After they register I can set up the 
appropriate permissions for Ray & the others and then the final 
configuration can begin in earnest.

One thing of note -- it looks like some of the configuration is done on 
the actual php files themselves... for instance, changing the logo to the 
AGA logo, or the registration text to the monstrous tome we'll be using. 
So I may end up having to do some of the work directly here & there.
