[AGA-mcm] sale items removed

It's a slow day here at the office (though tomorrow all hell breaks 
loose), so I'm catching up on the administrivia... first setting up the 
forum, and now getting to some items on the website.  I've closed down the 
T-shirt section (gotta have the old ones closed down for a bit before the 
new ones come out!), and removed the summer sale (since we're now into 
October).

Once nice thing about the forum will be that we can shift the 
"Events/Announcements" towards that area (where the site still lists 
the SFBAAPS event from the 25th).
