[AGA-mcm] testing/forum passes

I am assuming that David is not back yet, so we'll make it official.  The 
forum proposal passes.

I'm also using this e-mail as a way to test the mailing list/forum gateway 
feature that I'm playing with this morning.  Apologies if I induce a 
horrible loop of mail now, so stand by...
