Best let SFABAAPS know so they can figure it in their
financials. There is a significant cost involved and the
offsetting revenue items sell at auction, so cost recovery
is speculative. Last year we estimated break even. We have
no idea whether we did break even on it or not, because
that kind of auction data wasn't recorded.

The hobby veterans know the value of having Ray around but
the greener folks might need some persuasion or even reject
the idea unless the AGA underwrites that particular cost.

Otoh, it could be mute. Ray usually books up over a year
out and this year he's only showing dates through Feb 2006.
He might be cutting back his tour after all.
