To everyone saying "yes", keep in mind that these books did not move very 
fast, even when we put them below cost.  We've been trying to clear out 
the remaining stock of the 1st edition since the last convention.

You CAN get this book from Amazon, and most likely would be getting it 
cheaper than we'd be selling it.
