Oh, they're always there... at least the people are... NEAPS is pretty new 
as an organization.  The room is actually ours for that period, and since we 
had extra time, I just said they could use the room.

Dennis's little tank last year was beautiful, and I bet there are other 
people who could put together a nice little display as well.  We'd just have 
to have people tell us ahead whther they were entering, so we were sure to 
have enough table space and outlets.
