[AGA-mcm] Posting pictures

I think a lot of folks are savvy to finding the original source of most 
photos and doing a direct link in their post that shows up as the image vs a 
clickable link.  If that's the case I think we're ok.  For those images that 
are definately saved and loaded onto the site, we need to require proper 
citations.  Permissions may be too much to ask as they're often too hard to 
come by in "net time" where things move so quickly.  Ideally, I'd love it if 
we would have permission for every image up on the site but I just don't see 
that happening.
