The need for a campaign is understood. It's the campaigner we lack.
We're down to less than full staffing and have several gaps in our operations;
this is only one. As usual, we do not lack ideas, but elbow grease. :-(

Yes, I understand that. But the longer we stick around, and the more
noise we make, the more likely we are to get more ads. We need an
ongoing campaign, contacting everyone with an official leter each year.
