[AGA-mcm] Shirts -- or - I'd give them the shirt off someone's back

Last time we bought shirts was about 2 years about -- Cheryl reported two boxes
arriving to her on May 6, 2004. I don't recall when we ran out -- sometime last
year after we dropped the price for closeout. We sold them at AGA 2K4 and at
ACA 2005 we gave a few away to vendors and other patroni -- we started with a
gross and paid 522.32 for them, including printing.

We made about $250 on them in 2005. I don't have the 2004 data handy but I'd
guess that, overall, we broke much better than even although the numbers are
relatively small over a long time.

Here's a minor beanie bulletin:

If we buy convention shirts, and have remainder stock (impossible?), do we
split the remainder with SFBAAPS? Do we charge the shirts to the convention
expenses (it could affect the split with SF) -- do we count the revs to the
convention revs?

Since SF hasn't a sou to sow; I think AGA could buy the shirts as an AGA cost
independent of the convention and retain all proceeds and remainder stock --
unnnnlessssssss SF staffs the tshirt table at the convention -- then I'd treat
the exp and revs as convention items and split the remainder stock with SF.
