Mike, hang on to those oneies.  To me it's only worthwhile if we have 5-10 
available.

As for Scott's question, yes, we printed too few of certain issues.  Oh 
well.  If I remember correctly, Eagle Press wanted to charge a bit too 
much to add 100-200 more copies (which I really didn't understand -- that 
should have been essentially negligable).
