Wholy catch 22 Batman! We would need to refile with
the Sec of State?
What about just issueing an
Amendment to the by-laws would that have the
same risk
implications to an audit of our tax-exempt status? Any
other
ideas?
Obviously I do not want to jeopardize our tax
exempt
status.
