Jerry, there is nothing wrong with cross-posting on the AGA forum.

As for the Novak thing, it is Novak himself who is inciting the 
"distressing" recent turn of events.  He's the one who posted to apd under 
an alias going "What's going on here?"  (I looked at the headers of the 
post from "James".  They come from a machine called "boblaptop"!)  In 
fact, if you look at the ruling, all that happened was that the judge 
threw out a motion to dismiss on a particular technicality...something 
that should have happened years ago, but Novak has dragged his feet on 
sending responses.  It changes nothing of the merits of the case.
