We trimmed prices on New memberships and New member combos because TAG's 
International Mailer was very cost-effective. Since then, the 
International postage for TAG has gone up, but nowhere near the increase 
Diana is experiencing.

I would support raising the Combo rates but not the strict membership 
rates, not that anyone was suggesting that.

I would also support inserting a PAM in each combo.
