[AGA-mcm] system downtime...done

OK, looks like everything is back.  I was doing what I thought would be a 
quick update this afternoon during the kids' naps, and it turned into a 
10-hour ordeal re-installing Linux from scratch and then hooking 
everything back up.  I tested (aga-relevant stuff only):

   * standard web pages
   * forum
   * aquascaping contest
      1. Current year
      2. Old years
      3. copyright burn-in loop
   * membership database
   * mailing lists

and all seems to be OK now.  But as in the past, I may have screwed up 
some things.

Cheryl, expect to pop up a warning about the host key changing next time 
you ssh/scopy in -- it's OK.
