There are a couple reasons I don't like this.

First, the current issue of TAG is the AGA's primary member benefit.  If 
available in PDF format, folks will copy it, upload to forums, etc. 
People MAY be doing this with the TAG archive (I don't know), but the 
archive (and old back issues in general, as we know) is pretty far down 
the list of popular member benefits.

Second, if we do this, it means we need to provide the bandwidth for 600+ 
people to download a 5-20 meg file.

"I simply can't wait anymore?"  "This is not fair."  Hmmph.
