Hi Y'all, Just a quick update on what Cheryl The Gerbil has been doing lately. I'm positive I've spent ALL of the AGA's money in the past few days. ;-) 1. The AGA membership directory has been mailed. Yay! It wasn't hard to do, really, just hard to get around to, if you know what I mean. 2. Aqua Design Amano sought and received my approval to send posters and flyers for their 2008 contest, as they have done in the past. I have re-mailed them to the various local plant clubs (took a whole day), making it worth the AGA's postage by including extra TAGs, brochures, and information about the Premium Club Program. So I am nearly cleaned out of 2006 TAGs, although Jen still has quite a few. I am also cleaned out of petty cash!! :-) 2a. I reserved some ADA posters for the AGA convention, figuring Amano could sign them and we could give them as speaker gifts and/or sell them in the auction. If this is a stupid idea, LMK because there are a couple of big clubs that I can still send stuff to instead. 3. I mailed a copy of TAG 21-1 (with the contest layout) to the 2007 AGA Aquascaping contest winners who didn't otherwise get one. The Senskes wanted 3, and that's fine, done. 4. I printed new business cards for the officers of the AGA; it's been awhile since I did this. Expect them soon. 5. I bought and installed the software I needed to continue my work on TAG. Scott has been very patient with me -- thanks, Scott! Erik -- OMG! I can apply a style to an object in InDesign -- why didn't you TELL me?!? 6. Next I'll mail Karen a big box of PAMs, TAGs, brochures, and other stuff to Karen for NEC, and to Mike for post-NEC use. April is going to be hectic at work (two belt testings), plus TAG 21-2, so I need to get as much of this stuff off my desk as possible. If I have forgotten anything, please let me know so I can git-er-done. Best, Cheryl _______________________________________________ AGA-mcm mailing list AGA-mcm@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-mcm
