Yes, you guys are both right. We do have an obligation to tell him that he does not have the eprmission required to reproduce images taken from our site that he does not own regardless of his percieved intentions. Yes, I do think that we need to tell him this in a way that does not sound "nasty". I am not certain exactly how to do this especially since English is apparently not his native language.
