If we've got some kind of hotel deadline, that might be useful enough on 
its own.  I don't think it's right to spring some kind of surprise fee on 
anyone, though, since we didn't have it announced from the start.

Do we have a hotel date so we can make an announcement like "Rooms not 
booked by X may not receive the convention rate?"
