I'd love to see her, and I think it would be a nice overture.  But I also
think the others are right, it may be a little late for this year. I
honestly don't know if the rift is repairable, but I'd love to try, not only
for personal reasons, but because AGA does owe her a lot.  Without her, I'm
not sure we would HAVE AGA conventions, at least not stand-alone ones.

Here's a thought... If we're going to do the next AGA in Florida, that's not
too far away for her either.  Why not see if she'll come as a speaker,
talking about planted aquaria in the public aquariums setting?

And, BTW, when we need her e-mail address, it's not a problem.  I know it by
heart.  It's ecn@tennis.org

When I talked to Erik after I sent the email he too was worried about 
opening old wounds.  So I was holding for now unless I get a strong 
feeling otherwise....I would hate to offend her with the day before the 
wedding thing....but then I was thinking about what Karen said below.

Hmmm, Karen in light of the above what do you think?  Cheryl?  I think you 
and Karen know Charlene the best.  I hate to make anything more difficult 
than it is, but I am always looking to patch things up too.  Sigh..
