That tripod would certainly help if you have it.  The mic too.  As NEC is 
post-TV-migration, I'll have to see what channels move back into the VHF 
space for Hartford.

I won't be going nearly as nuts as I do with AGA conventions... 2 mics, 
not 4; 2 cameras, not 3.  One set of LEDs, not the full pack; the small 
2-mic mixer, not the 5-mic one.  One laptop, no two.  No auction system. 
I think it'll actually be pretty straightforward.
