He wants but doesn't have a copy of the text and photos of his own article? Are there still people that don't backup their computers these days.
Anyway, we wouldn't and couldn't rightly object if he "copied" his own article from a TAG? He owns the copyright on his article doesn't he and we have only a rather broad license for its use?

There is a scholar on University of Wisconsin Madison campus who wants to review the article of mine in this issue. He and I are planning a planted aquarium information outreach on campus using one of my displays in Botany Department. Here is the 75 gallon one at
this site. The department want me to maintain a running log explaining dynamic equilibrium and variables attending. It may lead to presenting periodic mini-seminars / Q&A events.
