It's sitting in my bike bag ready to go to the post office.

Actually in reviewing the e-mails (from the PayPal chargeback thing), I 
can see the DVD was ordered Wednesday July 1st, and the complaint sent 
Monday the 6th.  On any other week, one might think this was appropriate, 
but the July 4th weekend?  C'mon already.  And to send separate e-mails to 
everyone remotely listed on the AGA website?  Weird.

Anyway, hopefully will be mailed today, but might not.  Oh well.
