My name is Eric Ramirez. I am President of the Colorado Aquarium Society, a non-profit organization
dedicated to promoting and sharing information about the hobby of ornamental fish-keeping. The Colorado
Aquarium Society is a general interest club that covers aspects of the hobby for both fresh and salt water

products for our upcoming Fall Auction, which will be held on September 26, 2009. We hold two auctions
annually and they are our primary source of revenue for bringing in outside speakers and other activities.
All monies received for any donations you make will go directly to the club. We will provide a receipt for
any donations received. In addition, depending on the Suggested Retail Price of the items received, as well
as any shipping costs you incur in sending the donation, we will advertise your sponsorship on our website
and/or in our monthly newsletter for 6 months following the auction as described below:
