Hi Mike, When I talked with Tom Barr, he said he does it as collecting amoung frineds. ie...everyone is on their own, but we are planning on showing up at these places at these approximate times, and beware. But YES everyone is on their own. Tom said he would be happy to do 3 days of local collecting and a river float, barbecue meet etc either before or after the convention. Talking with the AGA after the convention sounded better, ie....the planners could destress when it was all over. Tom said May/June/July is good for collecting. Great thoughts everyone!!!
