[AGA-mcm] Dates for the 2012 con?

Hi Folks,

The date we're shooting for as the 2012 convention is the first weekend of 
November, the 2 - 4.  Does that work for everyone?  An alternative weekend 
is the weekend before, October 26 - 28.

Moving it back a week later runs into other events.  Our club's regular fall 
auction is the following weekend, November 11, and the OCA, which many of 
our members (workers) attend is the weekend after that November 16 - 18. 
Plus, it gives everyone over a month afterwards to get all of their affairs 
in order before the end of the Mayan calendar.  ; )

But seriously, either weekend keeps us away from the chaos of various 
holiday events at the Jewel Box and Missouri Botanical Garden, too - two 
plant venues of which we hope to take full advantage.
