[AGA-mcm] AGA Forum MODS - please read

Hi guys,

I am sending you this group e-mail because you are all forum topic 
moderators, and with the exception of three of you, you have not logged 
onto the AGA forum since we upgraded it to phpBB 3.0.6 in December, in 
most cases for several months, in some cases for over a year or two.

You may not be aware that with the new software, you can get both instant 
notifications on posts to any of the sections, and daily digests of all 
the posts on the forum.  I would urge every moderator to log in RIGHT NOW 
and do both.

To get daily e-mail digests, click on "User Control Panel" (the link is 
near the top of every page), and under "Overview" (the first tab to come 
up), just click the radio button for "Daily" digest, and then hit 
the "Submit" button.  That's all.  If you do one thing, please do this!


To get instant notifications of posts, go to the section(s) you moderate, 
and click on "Subscribe forum" - it's at the VERY BOTTOM of the section 
index showing all the posts.  As far as I can tell, you cannot globally do 
this, so if you want notifications for all sections, you have to do them 
one at a time.
