Hi Kathy,

I am actually working on the convention hotels right now. All it took was a day 
off from work to get me to finally get off my duff and do something :-)

I am having the Westin update their proposal for the second week in Nov 
11/12-11/14. I am also getting a thrid and hopefully final proposal rfom 
another property across the street. A Marriott hotel.

I think we need to ask Chuck or someone else to see if they can do a walk 
through for us. I also need folks to let me know which property seems to a 
better fit for us and why.

This is really tough for me since unlke Atlanta where I have friends who gave 
me the lay of the land I don't really know anything other than from  web site 
pictures.


I am honing in on the 11/12-11/14 as the dates since it is in line with 
previous years but there is flexibility based on rates and room availabilty.
