No, I don't think so.  I only need to find out what the most economical,
reasonably efficient way to ship a group of magazines from the U.S. to a
specific destination.  We might even have to set our rates for that
desitnation based on the specific cost. (for instance, I'm pretty sure that
western Europe is less expensive to ship to than Australia)

The person who accepts the shipment in the foregn country will need to
distribute them there... that's why it would make more sense for a regional
group, like the aquarium group in Bangalore.  They get together regularly
anyway, so they could just pick up their copies at the meeting site.
