Curious. It looks like most of the work done in the U.S. has been on
South/SouthEast liverworts.. and few of them at that. I believe most
liverwort varieties here can be found in our coastal temperate rainforest
region from Oregon up to Alaska.. Even the USDA database of plants is
lacking in information on them. Now I have something to do on my next trip
to Vancouver instead of just driving..
