Hi Carolyn:

They were mailed on February 19, but copies are still getting to mailboxes. 
Three people who e-mailed me one day to say they did not get it, have since 
informed me that they got it that day or the next. Let me know if you don't 
get it by the end of the month and I'll send you another one.
