Hi Miguel:

I assume you are the Miguel in Portugal. Yes, I sent you TAG 17-4 via 
airmail, somewhere around December 15th or so. However, what with the 
Holiday rush and all, it might take a few weeks to reach you.

Also please be aware that TAG is not published monthly. It is published 
four times per year. The next issue will be mailed in February 2005 (I hope).
