RE: [AGA-Member] Low-light tanks & CO2



That's a really good point. They don't mind the 7.5 pH. But it means I
don't have a lot of C02 in my water, when charted with my 4-degree KH.
I'm actually more concerned about getting the plants to grow well.

Why do you need to lower the ph?

The Discus are just fine in that water. Most all of the Discus today 
are raised in tap water
so there is no need to try to have them in very soft water.
