Charlene on MC... and voting rights

Hi 
I agree with Karen's suggestion.... so does David L. The SC is me, Karen,
Erik, David, Dorothy, Bob. Did I get everyone? So, one more "vote" and it
is agreed to invite Charlene to the MC?  I will be happy to move things
along and invite her. (I am getting impatient in my old age <g>).
Karen or anyone else: do you know what standing committee Charlene could
head up. How about publicity? Otherwise, what do we want to call her position?

I would also like to figure out a diplomatic way to remind the MC members
who are not on SC that their role is ADVISORY. It is still my understanding
that the SC are the voters..... until this gets changes thru bilaws. Right?
Or did  this policy get amended?

PS. I am also anxious to tell Gomberg that the AQA/TNAQ event is a go. He
was telling me that the AGA is going to fold in the next year. 
PSS. Charlene says that the event must be limited to the first 200
registrants. I am thinking positively!!
